Adding rooms at the Top

This growing young family needed more bedrooms - but their second floor condo had nowhere to add on - except by going up into the attic. However - the existing hipped roof-ridge was too low.

So to get headrom - and maximize square-footage - we recommended a totally new roof, one with the right shape to allow room, while still looking appropriate for this 1930s house.

The builder was Boston area general contractor, The Sullivan Company.
