A Make-over at the beach
This 1940s Bungalow had seen better days; it had two small rentals in back, wide asbestos siding and its aluminum jalousie windows were from it's last renovation in the 60s.
The exterior now has cedar siding and new added design details.

The new owners wanted a Master Suite on top instead of two smaller bedrooms, and a new larger Kitchen. Out back, we removed the rentals to make space for a future Greatroom addition and garage.
