Because of the damage, all siding, windows, appliances & fixtures, plus all interior finishes and the complete roof structure had to be replaced.

Our designed improvements created a larger Master Bedroom, better bath, a replanned Kitchen plus a new breakfast area and laundry within the former rear sunporch.  Outside, we exposed the rafter-tails of the new main roof and restored the screened porch.
